Kendall Furniture started in 2005 with a simple idea between a mother and son: bring quality home furnishings and genuine, personal service to the Eastern Shore. Founded by June and Joe Kendall, the business combined June’s love of design and past furniture store experience with Joe’s entrepreneurial spirit—and a shared passion for community.

In recent years, we've expanded our patio furniture center to meet the growing demand for beautiful, durable outdoor living solutions. We're especially proud to manufacture our own line of poly furniture right here in Selbyville, Delaware—designed to withstand the coastal elements while offering comfort, color, and craftsmanship you can count on.
Our 20,000-square-foot showroom in tax-free Selbyville is thoughtfully curated with in-stock, coastal-inspired styles and a wide selection of home furnishings, accessories, mattresses, and more. Our non-commissioned team is here to help you create a home you truly love—whether you're furnishing a full-time residence, a vacation home, or just updating a room.
We also offer complimentary design help and careful in-house delivery, so the experience is smooth from start to finish.

Joe Kendall, owner of Kendall Furniture, is the heart behind the business and the driving force of its success. With deep roots in the Eastern Shore, Joe built Kendall Furniture on a foundation of quality, community, and exceptional customer service. His hands-on approach, eye for design, and passion for helping people create beautiful homes have earned the store a loyal following across the region.
Joe isn't just a business owner, he's a neighbor, volunteer, and active supporter of local schools, organizations, and events. Under his leadership, Kendall Furniture has become more than a showroom; it's a trusted part of the community. Cathleen Lucas is a vital part of the Kendall Furniture team, expertly balancing customer service, sales, and logistics with care and precision. Fulfillment Specialist
Shaq Hall leads Kendall Furniture's delivery and warehouse team with strength, precision, and a commitment to excellence. As the last point of contact for many of our customers, Shaq ensures that every order is handled with care, from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the moment it's delivered into your home. Known for his reliability, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor, he takes great pride in making sure each piece arrives safely and every customer is satisfied. Shaq’s leadership and work ethic help keep our operations running smoothly and our customers smiling.
Fulfillment Specialist
Alex is a key part of our delivery team, making sure your furniture arrives in perfect condition and with care. He takes pride in every delivery and loves working alongside his brother, Nathan. When he's not out on a delivery, you'll probably find him washing and shining up his favorite ride—a black Mustang he’s proud to call his own.
Fulfillment Specialist
Nathan keeps our warehouse running smoothly and ensures every order is prepped, loaded, and ready for delivery. He enjoys teaming up with his brother Alex and being part of a hard-working, hands-on crew. Outside of work, Nathan is embracing life as a proud new dad.
